Seeking Looking for a resizer for RPG maker XP

Trying to 'upsize' some old ScaleGarden games. Usually Sizer 4.0 works wonder for this, but it doesn't work on RPGmaker XP games for some reason (the window changes, but the image stays the same.

Does anyone have any advice on a program that can work for this? Ty.
