I'm trying to find a VN or HTML, I don't remember the name or author.

I think it was or currently is still being translated from Russian to English. Last time I saw it I think the translation completion was about 40-50% done.

The rest was part Machine translation, I think.

I think the MC is female and is about her journey.

Most Russian games are QSP, this list is just the Engine (QSP and HTML) plus Female protagonist. I can't know which are Russian just from a look.
