At least I think it was a brothel game. I believe that was the main gameplay, but what I remember better is that you could visit various parts of town and court women who hung around in different parts. It had japanese art (I think). I also remember that each woman had a heart symbol next to her portrait that grew bigger the more they liked you, or something like that.
