The game was a 2d pixel side scroller. You could combo your attacks, but also get stunned by attacks. Whenever anything lewd happens the corresponding stat could level up (so for example normal sex would level up your "vagina stats").
The female character is too shy to strip in the beginning, but you can visit the town and get stripped there to level your nudity stats, or w/e it was called.
During the gameplay you character was additionally shown as a second picture on the right side, showing you current arousal and nudity.
The levels where very generic with occasional jumps and pools of arousing pink fluids, with orc type enemies in the first few levels. Later on the enemies were humanoid guards.
Dancing Reaper seems to have similar gameplay, judging by the screenshots.
