Hey everyone, I was looking for a game that had the mc eating a girls ass out while she worked, possibly a coffee shop. I.m pretty sure ut was renpy and a visual novel style game, I'd also love games with similar themes of sex in public, either open exhibition or possibly getting caught.

It could be Deliverance. I don't recall a scene like that, but one of the girls does work at a restaurant and it has a lot of exhibitionism content, so it's definitely possible there was a scene like that.
