Identify Looking for a specific game

I am fairly certain I once played a game where you could dress up as a stuffed bear (sisters?) in order to sleep with her, or her friend. As I recall you needed to have either of the two on certain corruption/affection levels for it to succeed. It comes with a walkthrough, I just can't remember the game.

Help would be appreciated!
