Looking for a specific Trainer game

Looking for a trainer game, the only thing I can remember is the description which states that the male protagonist's father has died and the MC finds out his father was running some sort of training ring or something, now you have to step into his shoes and start training people (I also can't remember if the "Training" method was by book or some sort of drugs.)
