There is a VN that I played/read a while back and I can't remember the name of it. General Google searches are getting me nowhere.
It starts off with the MC and his best friend (a couple of short, scrawny guys) being dropped off at college. MC's sister is, of course, a bitch. Then a pandemic happens. We time skip until the MC and his best friend are about to graduate. The MC is now this buff guy and the best friend got really fat. The MC is kind of the campus king due to some dare system that the kids at the school invented. He, as the dare champion or whatever, takes a dare in place of his best friend (buddy was tricked into accepting) without hearing the details. Turns out he has to fuck his mom and sister when he gets home, now that the pandemic is ended.
