Identify Looking for a specific VN

I'm trying to find a VN I used to play a long time ago. I remember not much, except one of the main characters being blind.
I already made some researches, it's not High School Crush Simulator nor In The Eye of the Storm.

There's a blind character in the Elsaverse games. It plays an important role, I think you can find her both in Finding Miranda and in Saving Chloe but I'm not sure.
Also Toph from Four Element Trainer.
