Looking for a tutorial for simulating a lady grabbing her own boob

so i am trying to find a tutorial on a woman grabbing her own boob. specifically getting the indent marks from where the fingers grab her boobs. i have found some that use dforce but they are not really working. i would use breastacular but i really dont like the look of the nipples on it. some of the dforce tutorials i see look like they will help but some of the steps are not easy to follow for a dforce noob. if someone has some tuts or can point me to some that would be great. thanks
