Job Description:
I am working on my first game, but I have learned one thing so far: I do not like to write. What I do like is coming up with concepts and creating an outline for the story and scenes, but the details should be handled by a writer (otherwise you would want to poke into your eyes, because I can't write). That's why I am looking for someone who loves to write fiction.

I find the premise interesting:

"An alternate Ancient Egypt (Kemet) gripped by a plague attributed to Sekhmet’s wrath, blamed on the first female pharaoh’s rule. She tasks the main character (MC), a novice mage, with building a Great Pyramid to honor past pharaohs, appease the gods, and unite a divided kingdom. Vizier Khaemwaset leads an uprising against her, and the MC’s choices shape Kemet’s fate."

There will be three endings:

• Loyalist
• Rebel
• Ascendant

I will not say what those are, because I do not want to spoil the story for the one person who's interested in the game (hopefully you are reading this, rich man with his own yacht).

Progression is by collecting materials, and crafting these into items. A combination of items, stats and choices will reward the player with one of the endings. And of course you get to have fun with the female pharaoh. Art is fucking expensive, but it looks so fucking good (if I may so myself, and I will, because I had to sell my house for this one image).

This is actually her old design, her new clothing is much more sexy.

I aim to build it with RenPy, because of their awesome dialogue system and UI code syntax. I think I will save myself a lot of time by using RenPy, instead of trying to build my own framework in another game engine.

Many great games have been built with RenPy.
