Identify Looking for an html game

I can’t find the name of this game I am looking for.

I know the creator has a website with a stellaris tentacle porn mod and a nonporn boat game but can’t find it.

In the game you play as a mistress resummoned to the world by Layla (at least I think that’s her name) you slowly brainwash people and the game is hentai and management game with magic and occasional tentacles. Can anyone find it.

Hmm... sounds vaguely like something I seen on Newgrounds like a decade ago. Could it be that old or am I thinking of something different? Now I'm interested if that game I saw that long ago still exist somewhere. lol

It’s html so I am inclined to say it was not new grounds since new grounds is mostly flash
