Identify Looking for an old flash game

I'm looking for an old japanese (i think) flash game where you play as a short dark wizard who uses magic to attack/rape a kingdom of women. I remember there were RPG elements but they were in japanese. The combat was on a 2d plane but not side scrolling. besides that all I can remember is archer girls in green skirts. Any help is appreciated
