Identify looking for an old game

I am looking for a game I remember seeing on the Phub a couple years ago but cant seem to find again. Sorry I realize its a long shot.

The game was basically you played as guy in a tank I think, and you were fighting a giantess on an island and you had to shoot her clothes off and eventually climb inside her. I want to say it was a Japanese game but I cant say for sure.

That's pretty much all I can remember unfortunately.

Any leads would be greatly appreciated I've had this game in the back of my mind for years and could never find it.

I remember first seeing the game around the same time that games like "Mister Mosquito" and "leisure suit Larry" were making the rounds on Phub not that it would really help at this point but i watched it before the 2020 Phub content purge.

this game seems similar but after further research It seems to be the wrong game.
