Seeking Looking for an old title

I am looking for the title of a story that will be basis of new game. Unfortunately I cannot recall either the authors name or the title of the story any help would be greatly appreciated.
The basic premise is about a husband who takes his wife to a magician/hypnotist performance. Unknown to the wife husband has made deal with hypnotist to kidnap and change wife into submissive role. Things go weird when actually turns wife into a Jekyll/Hyde one personality is a powerful hypnotist and other is the sub and personalities fighting for control of body.

Once again any help of author or title would be greatly appreciated.

Not yet a game it was an old story I read and wanted to use as inspiration for a new game but want to at least reach out to original author for their input.
