Identify Looking for an older incest game

The game had a mother and two daughters (I think), game went through various stages, from sandbox and then settled on normal choice progression. I remember going on a run with the mother early on. If memory serves the first sex scene involves the mothers friend outside near a pool.

Yeah I get that. I have searched a lot and not really found anything. From memory the mother resembles the mother from Power vacum. It has been a while and the game has probably been abandoned.

Was the scene in a tool shed with a white haired woman? I think later theres also a scene with clown make up?
