Looking for Body Modification games

Games where the protagonist (female ideally) gets procedures to get bigger assets, inflated lips, even slightly more fantastical like waist or height changes. (But not like CoC tentacles or whatever)

It's a niche admittedly and while I know there is some out there it's hard to look for it directly without a tag or agreed upon term for it.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Its certainly a niche that doesn't have a lot of content, unfortunately. And a lot of the games that do get started seem to get abandoned pretty quickly. I'm not personally into ones where the changes are surgical, realistic or bimbo style, but I do like ones where they're in some way magical or futuristic.

My New Neighbors is one where the entire point is to seduce and fuck a town full of women to turn them into demons (nice ones) who they become progressively curvier and curvier. Its not the best made game and has some glitches, but its overflowing with that kind of content if you're into it (I am!).
