Identify Looking for certain animation, please help

Hi. For some time now I have been trying to find a cartoon style animation, but i don't know the artist or the title. As far as I can remember it is about a robot girl, who gets orders from a stranger via a computer and changes her body accordingly. She grows a penis (dickgirl) and enlarges her breasts and at the end she does autofellatio.
This is as much as I remember, if anyone knows the artist or anything, please let me know.
