Seeking Looking for cheating Female protagonist games where you get pregnant with another man's baby

I was just wondering if there are any games where you play as a woman or partly play as a woman where you can cheat on your spouse and secretely or publicly get pregnant with someone else's child. On first glance I could not find any game like this, I'd prefer if the game is 2D animated but 3D is fine as well. Thanks in advance!

It's pretty rare, especially for it to not just be an ending. I'd look through this list, but the ones I can think of:

An ending in CoK
At least one ending in AC
The Crusader Kings games probably have the most potential for this, even if you don't mod them with lewd mods.
