Don't really have any examples, but I'm looking for more simplistic things like a bedroom to more complicated environments like a superhero training room

I dont think things like bedrooms(unless you just want an unfurnished room) are worth considering. The ones that are for sale on various markets cost way less than what anyone would be willing to do for a one time sale. Do you have some contact info where we can chat?
