I'm looking for games where a male mc has to avoid having sex with the NPC's or else they die(yes I know it's weird). I've played games like Succubus Covenant, Shrift, and succubus hunt, and I wanted games that had similar themes of the player dieing after having intercourse with the other characters.
There are some specific things I'm looking for. I don't want an overly gorey game, and the player either has to either be confirmed dead, or heavily implied. Vore is fine as long as it's not a main focus.
