I've done a lot of research and I've done some digging onto this Site since I was curious about the Games made by these guys as well. (Also since this is the only Thread I could find about DildoSexGamesin the first place)
This Site was the progenitor to Meet N Fuck Games, and as far as I can tell almost 99% of the "DildoSexGames" CG work comes from other Japanese Eroges, just like most of the Uninspired stuff MnF put out during the 2010's
As well, most if not all of the Old "DildoSexGames" stuff has been removed and exists in a temporary "Lost Media Limbo" until someone can extract the Games from Meet And Fuck Games Premium Services which even then I highly doubt. If someone is brave enough to extract those games with the Paid Versions be my guest, but I have no idea if they're even available in MnF's catalogue of Games anymore.
So to answer the question of where the Sauce / Source is, that shit's gone, unless there's a dedicated Archivist for the Game we're very likely never going to get the "Full" versions of DildoSexGames ever.

I go to ask VadimGod (The person I found on Newgrounds who porbably runs Gamesofdesire)
After I asked (the whole interaction takes about a week) , he replied he doesn't play the game because it's a demo , didn't know who make the game and did not cooperate with the person who make the game .
Basically , these game is some kind of pirated manga and use flash to make it a thing .
And in the same week , I have go search three website probably runs by the same person ( Gamesofdesire / Dildo Sex game / MnF Games ) .
I believe that these website have some kind of transition period , because all the game whith this kind of playing style and art style (I mean hud , button and UI in the game , not the things they steal .) are very similar .
And ALL of those game can appers in those three website too (I am sure those games are there until 2022 December).
And ALL the links in game was ment to take us to those website .
A about a while later I find "SFW chan" have all these kind of game's other name and Flash file variation on it .
So I am sure .
Someone or some grup of pepple are avoiding the copyright dispute , so they can said "I don't know" and make another game that looks completely different to cover it up .
