Seeking Looking for "explore the mansion" games

Hello,

i am looking for games with female protagonist that focus on exploration possibly with little to no combat... just find your way around, trigger various traps or discover some events on the way, etc... Would be really nice to have some bondage contraptions or sex machines too.

Games i really loved for example:
Alternate DiMansion
Ghost hunter Vena
