im looking for a game with a comic-y(? thats how i would describe it) artstyle, where one of the previews was a gif/animation of a boner popping up beneath a gown or dress (id assume its a hospital gown or something similar). i do not know any tags only that the preview was animated. It popped into my head recently and i cannot find it anywhere its insanenly frustrating. if anyone has an idea pls help
