Identify Looking for game: mysterious town, lethal fog during night, maybe time travel as well?

Hello,

I remember playing a game a long time ago and the story is about the following:
The MC (guy) had a car accident ending up in a town where he can't escape from. There's a lethal fog during night and there is no other man. You help out girls, there's a weird cult in there as well and maybe some time traveling happens too but I'm not sure.
I don't remember seeing it in the latest games & updates section for a while so I'm afraid it's abandoned but I'm still curious.
