Dude, unless by big dicks you're talking about mutant large tumor dicks, like the one on that picture of Ada up there, you can literally bet that every male MC is going to have a big dick. In fact, a lot of people complain that it's such a huge trope. Seriously, I've never played a game on this site where the male MC doesn't have a big dick.

You're right, that was rather snarky of me. But the reason for the joke was, like @DarthSeduction said, I am having trouble thinking of any games where the MC doesn't have an outrageously large cock. A serious answer to your question is, "Almost all of them...?"
If someone posted "I'm looking for games where the MC has a realistic penis size" there would be only a handful of games to list...

Hijacking this thread. Have there been any past additions to the genre in the past 2 years or are there perhaps older recommendable titles that just haven't been mentioned yet? I'm particularly looking for games where the penis size (/dildo insertion/etc.) is at least somewhat larger than the previously pointed out every-game-big-dick and its effect wouldn't be limited to just the usual dialogue where the woman tells the dick to be large but then proceeds to take it with no problems.

Personaly dont agree that the majority of games here have MC with big dicks. Awful lot are painfully average. I think what the MC is asking for are games where the MC is clearly extremely well endowed. Battle of bulges, Apocalyspe, my new life, the visit, timestamps, bimbo high are probably relevant examples.
I'd too would appreciate being pointed in the direction of games where the MC is hung like the above games.
