I don't remember a title, but remember some gamplay.
We are the owners of the house that we are developing.
We can catch slaves of both sexes (also futa).
We gain levels and experience ...
I remember that in the beginning there was a mission in a brothel where we could help a homeless girl and she joins us.
There were quite a few breeds ...
taurus, wolves, foxes, cats, harpies, humans and many, many more.
we could modify them with spells or a laboratory ...
A mostly text-based game, though there were a few graphics.
