I would suggest Them And Us on Steam
it is slightly older and only a only slightly lewd but I found it to be fun.
Also Tormented Souls is a somewhat similar title
No real nudity or sexual content in either of those 2 though.

Not quite like it, and more anime-ish than realistic, but there's also the Seed of the Dead series.
There are zombies, hot girls and is more on the lewd side.

Killer antidote is better than Resident evil 2 3 because of fighting style but it's too killer antidote is too small

Usually people who are verified Uploaders. That's how all the games on this site that aren't free already find their way here.
Killing Antidote isn't better than Resident Evil 2 or 3. The gameplay is boring and the shooting system aims for you. Take away the woman and sexy content and nobody would even be interested in the game.
In the end, it's just another fan service game that gets boring after 10 minutes.

Probably got nuked because some DCMA claim, I hope someone could help get new workshop content. But at this point I may just buy the game considering it's cheap... for now.
