Seeking Looking for games similar to the BLACKSOULS duology

I went into the first Blacksouls game completely blind and I binged both games in under a week. I absolutely loved them and they are among my favorite h games currently. The horror, the mystery, the freedom to do whatever you want, the unexpected events, the chilly vibes, the amount of content, the soundtrack. I loved everything about that series.
I need something similar to them. A great plot and good plot twists are a must. Thank you in advance!

Only played the first BS briefly, and this is probably not going to be a hit, but "horror", "mystery", "chilly vibes" and "unexpected events" describes Fear & Hunger. It's also a pitch-black, hard-as-nails RPGM horror RPG. But it barely has any sex.
