Seeking Looking for games where sex itself is a substantial interactive part of gameplay

I'm looking for games like Orc Massage or Uncle Vulvius' House of Pleasure, where sex/petting/etc is a substantial interactive part of gameplay, with failure states. In most games sex is presented as non-interactive scenes or with minor interactivity which doesn't affect anything. What I'm looking for is interactivity which affects something, i.e. you have to figure out how to bring pleasure to the girl, etc, and you can fail at that.

For instance, in Uncle Vulvius', while in some modes (like anal) there is still basically just one slider, you have to adjust it carefully, looking at the girl, to avoid pain for her and to increase pleasure. So this counts as what I'm looking for. On the other hand, e.g. in Romantic Escapades there is also a slider during sex scenes, and you have to adjust its position, but it's a much less prominent part of the game, so not really what I'm looking for (although it's still better than most games in this regard).

Also please recommend just the games where there are at least some girls with medium or smaller sized boobs, I for some reason can't stand the huge/absurdly huge boobs which are so prevalent in games.

So if something leads into a sex scene, and the effects of what happens during a scene are mostly irrelevant, it wouldn't count here.

It definitely shortens the list there's still a few that meet your criteria.

• Karryn's Prison
• Tunnel Escape (sex is critical for maxxing out damage in hard mode.)
• Degrees of Lewdity

By the way, I'm currently playing The Null Hypothesis (great game!), and it sort of corresponds to what I said in my first post, as the sex scenes are interactive, what you can do there is affected by the stuff outside the scene (by relationship with the girl/etc) and what you actually do there also affects something outside the scene itself (her attraction level).

A bit narrower question: are there any games with interactive sex scenes where you have to look at the girl's facial expression/movement/other clues like this during the sex scene to adjust what you're doing in order to improve the outcome (increase some attraction value/etc)?

In Uncle Vulvius' there is something like this, but there the game also gives you additional clues beyond what you can see from looking just at the girl herself (the game shows hearts when what you're doing is good and other symbols otherwise, etc).

there are settings for breast size with the dlcs of karryn's prison with some absurdly redraw colosal breast and a resized option of the default size witch look weird because they changed karryn's proportions to acomodate the masive giga tits
