Looking for games where you slowly win over the evil characters.

I really like the sort of long grind Evil Witch that wants to kill you but you win her over in the end type game. I know many games have this as a side character but I've played some good ones where this is a main character. I'm not looking for the typical bitchy older sister you win over, or a lady that makes fun of you. I want like actual evil people (or can be humanoid, like witches, devils etc) something like a lady trying to destroy the world or create a virus, whatever. Bonus points if they try to kill/hurt you etc.

Only looking for Ren py story games in English.

If R'P is not a requirement, this series (especially the second game with the queen for OP's request), also maybe the dev's Slave Lord series. This thread may have some more, but the emphasis is on humiliation / degradation rather than romance. Tyrant Quest has a few enemies -> lovers routes, at least 3. Doom and SU focus on turning enemies into your sluts, but not really romance.
