It ain't exactly hypnosis/"modified" common sense, but NUKITASHI is a pretty popular one (especially after the recent anime adaptation) that utilizes a "sex/promiscuity is normal" setting. Granted, you actually play as the people trying to tear it down and bring back wholesome vanilla sex...
