Nope.... is basically the polar opposite just that there is incest, and parent loss... But with zero wholesome. (The VN is wholesome... don't know about the anime).

P.s. checked vndb, the incest is in the sequel not this one.

p.s.s. checked the cgs... oddly... quite a bit of cherry popping... odd that there is no sex with protag only on vndb, since it looks like MC is the only one getting his dick wet.

p.s.s.s went and checked the sequel, is basically the same, sole male type stuff, only other male is a trap gay LI. (no sharing of the females with them).

Will never understand why Companies license an Asian VN and then cut out and destroy every Cultural aspect of it in hope to get the average Western Pervert to suddenly Buy it if it's just Westernized enough.
