Seeking Looking for Harem Game with an extremely sadistic girl

Hey, obviously the title is a little vague, but I'm looking for a harem with a very sadistic character, one who does things such as grab your balls and threaten to crush them. Not really a feminization kind of game, but an actual harem game where that girl is just one of the many girls

Or I suppose you can recommend a great harem with lots of extremely erotic situations with girls of largely varying personalities.
