Identify Looking for help for this game

[Fiummm]

I played it last year, in 2021. In the game you are like a hero and you to defeat monsters and earn gold to buy better swords and armor but you only control the game with two keys, the UP arrow and the down arrow and the background changes each time you go to the next stage and you have to choose a choice with the arrows.

I completely forgot the name of this game, does anyone identify it?

That's just because of how those prefixes are given out here. It works ok (most of the time) with games from patreon, not so much from Steam and DLSite where you might not get regular

The game had a big update in April, but the R18 DLC didn't. The developer said about a month ago they're still working on getting the DLC out.
