I don't know whether the title described it well. According to my experience the "incest" part for most games is only about the setting. You live in the same house, the character design makes her look like your mother/sister/daughter, etc... But the actual story does not really revolve around this subject too much, especially since incest games are not okay on Patreon so they have to be made easily replaceable with "tenant".
So I am looking for games where the incest plot is an important part of the story, characters lamenting a lot about how wicked is to have an incest relationship, they try to hide it at all costs, when someone finds out that person is genuinely surprised and disgusted at first and not just adding a spicy "oh, you are fucking with your son, that' cool" line to the threesome scene.

Pure incest games are unfortunately filtered. And as you said, it is replaced by tags such as tenant, landlord. I could not find pure and natural incest games. But it is fixed in that setting with the incest patch. Some producers offer incest patch as an extra. In many games, if you install that patch as an extra, the game starts incest as an extra.

Yeah, that's clear that many of those games have incest patch but they are written so that they would make sense even in a "landlady/landlord/tenant" etc.. context and the patch only changes how the characters call each other. So the writing does not really reflect how taboo incest really is, people usually giving in easily and others don't handle it as some kind of extreme fetish.

What I am looking for are games where these kind of taboos are handled more realistically in the writing as well.
