i little late ig, but Unity - Completed - Mage Kanade's Futanari Dungeon Quest [Final] [Dieselmine] | F95zone kind of fits the quota? It's practically only futa on female involved, so sorry if youre not into that, the visuals are really good, the game isnt precisely voiced but someone made a mod that lets you customize the moans in h scenes, and the "disease" is more like a succubus curse thats just able to mindbreak females
