I'm not sure, but I think the steam version just has a stripped down version of the japanese game, similar to how Kagura does it, and the patch just brings it to parity with the japanese version.

Wouldn't be the first time that i am too stupid for something but i downloaded the english patch and followed the instructions of their tweet. I got a fresh download of the game beforehand from the GOFILE Link above too.

Had hoped, that it was pre-patched and i just tried to patch an already patched version but the game is still censored so i guess that's not it.
Anyone knows what i am doing wrong here?

1. this is the uncesnord version.
only not everything was 100% uncensored by the maker of the game because he didn't want to decensor the original file.
2. and yes it is the optimized version so it can be played without a speed bug .
The Japanese version runs too fast for some like me and was therefore unplayable

Nvm, apparently only the portrait art is censored, scenes are fine.
