I have been on F95 for like 3 years so I am not a bot or anything like that. Recently I find a job at a webnovel company and the job is to recruit novel writers. I am kinda desperate cause it is hard to find authors on the internet, so I try my luck here. Not sure if that is against rules (I have read the sticky therad), and if it is, please let know and I will delete this thread.
Project:
Webnovel writing
Developer:
My employer, I will tell you the name if you contact me
Looking for:
Writers
Employment Type:
Paid
Work commitment:
Long term
Preferred method of contact:
Discord
Job Description:
Webnovel for the pay-to-read mobile app, around 50000 words or more. The readers are mostly female, and now the most popular genres are werewolf/billionaire romances, most are rated as 17+ or 18+, and the ones with beautifully wriiten sex scenes are the most popular ones, but still not too much erotica, is not the F95 style porn.
There are basically two options to write: exclusive and non-exclusive. Exclusives are like full-time job, you'll need daily update and the company will keep the copyright so you can't post elsewhere, non-exclusive is like part-time, no deadlines and you can sell your work to other site.
The payment for writers is 50% of the profit, the readers will need to pay to unlock chapters so you'll get around 50% of that (after tax and 'running cost' deductions, not sure about the real percentage now), and the exclusive writers get more bonus if they can write like 90000 or 150000 words in total. It will be paid in USD via paypal or bank transfer.
Additional comments:
They will need some form of photo ID to confirm you are real person when you sign up, so if you want to stay anonymous that's not the case. And I won't ask for your F95 id.
If you do some research you will find some website like that and people saying they are operated by some shady chinese company and all the legal contract/people don't get paid shenanigans. I can confirm the chinese operator part, but not sure about the latter part. I just joined so I haven't got anybody to write novels yet, but the company I work at seems legit and I will keep an eye on that, will update when I get more info.
