Im currently liking the NPC fucking genre, but so far im curious if there are people who took it to the next level. So what are the biggest NPC fucking game you've ever played in terms of the number of fuckable NPCs. Also, i wonder if there are Bisexual NPC porn games where you can fuck both men and women.

Do you mean the "transported into a game world" genre where they are literal NPCs, or just having sex with a bunch of characters?
For the latter Lilith's Throne definitely wins out in terms of quantity and customisability. It's a text-based furry sandbox in development hell though. Character creators like Honey Select might qualify as long as the individual characters don't need to exist simultaneously in the game world.
