Is this thread still alive? If so and people are still looking for some pokemon smut then "Pokemon FireRed: Psychic Adventures" is one I played a while ago. It has an interesting concept and if I remember correctly, you can go all the way to beating the elite 4, so I'd say it's mostly complete (I remember reading something about the dev not finishing it, maybe they were planning to add more features, no idea) and there might also be post game, I never actually tried it.
