Identify Looking for old-ish pixel art game where the girl progressively undresses as you play minigames

I'm looking for this hentai game, or series of games, where you have fun with a girl and then you choose some of her body parts to grope, or undress. I distinctly remember this one minigame where you had her sit on top of a balloon and there's a banana under it... or something like that. Can someone shine some light on this?
