most of renp'y game can use shift+o command to enter a cheat, as for rpgm and renp'y games you can do cheat by sending your save games files to

There are cheat menus programs on the tool and mods section if i recall for rpg maker mv and for renpy. Common rpg maker, wolf and unity can use cheat engine. Anything else you can ask specifics.. Hope it helps
