Seeking Looking for RPG games with good exploration and side activities, combat is a bonus.

Like Battle Princess Lacia, Blazing Aries, or Fushidaratei games. They feature good exploration and side activities, with the kurotozakka games having good combat as well.
Scalegarden games also have good combat, but they're too on the rails so they fall short of the main criteria.
I've also played Karrin's prison which was nice, but still a bit limited outside of the great combat.

, the amount of content is massive and pretty dang good. The tag says abandoned, but that's false, it's just on hiatus until the Dev sorts out some irl stuff.

I also really enjoyed Overgrown:Genesis, although that has no combat.

A surprise hit for me was Ruins Seeker with fun exploration and a genuinely good story, especially by hentai standards.
