The Poor Whore is made in RPGM VX (I don't remember if Ace or not). No art.
Era Hunter, Sex Valley and Claire's Quest are RPGM MV games. 2D art. No battles iirc.

in the advanced search this site has search for NPC and set prefix to rpgm.
several game plots where you basically walk around and have sex. not much to them beyond that.
