You probably won't like these since they don't have stupidly massive mega-tit characters, but here are a few suggestions:
And the Hero was never seen again - (Prologue) Hero sacrifices himself to defeat 'the great evil', (game play starts) gets reincarnated as a woman and has to defeat 'the great evil' again.
Demon Roots - You play as a demon, out to save your people from extinction.
Lust Corruption of the Exorcist - You are an exorcist fighting demons, story revolves around a demon trying to corrupt the exorcist so that they fail their mission to save the world.
Eldorante - Hero crashes on an island and has to reach some 'evil monster' to be able to leave the island.
The first three had pretty good stories and I enjoyed them all.
The last one, I enjoyed as well, but it wasn't designed around 'story', you can finish the game in a few hours if you focus on it. It is mostly about crafting gear, collecting achievements, and collecting porn scenes with party members and the MC.
