Hi everyone,
I have a vision for a simple simulation game but I'm new to game dev. By simulation game I mean ones where you play various scenes and then you press a button for climax when a meter fills up. Something in the style of Creambee or H-simulation. Is their an existing framework or resource I can use to make it?
Thank you

I will be blunt.
You are not ready for making a game.
A Vision is not enough. while this is great to have,
but just by asking this question indicates that youre not ready for making a game.

Yes there are many "frameworks" that can be used to create this and get you started into game development.
Renpy, twine, Raylib, unity, unreal etc.

Is there a premade "Template" for any of these, i have no idea.
But this is just gui stuff where you update it by some event. ie mouse click. or in main game loop base of presses etc.

But before you even start to make a game out of your vision.
You should get it on paper 1st. in docs. in spread sheet etc.
Have a plan of execution so to speak.

Also consider what programing language that the framework/engine uses. and that you might need to change and or adapt.
Python, java script, C/++, C# etc.

Your idea looks more like a 2D game done 1000x times already.
but Renpy might be something you could look into.
or Unity for 3D interactive. (fps, 3d person).
