Unfortunately creative use of slime girls is rare.
A quick search turned up these which have a single scene of slime girl nipple fucking (Note I haven't played them, so can't comment if they're good);

If you're curious how I found them: ExHentai (Game CG filter), VNDB, Pixiv (use game tag ゲーム) all have slime girl and nipple fucking tags. VNDB is the best though, since you can search a character with those tags. I didn't bother searching ear/skull fucking since that's too rare and I doubt people would tag it for a slime.
