For quite some time now, I've been thinking about a possible story for a game that relives a character's complete and voluntary transition from male to female, starting from their adolescence. I would really like to create a game about it, but I realized that I didn't have the skills to do it.
The idea came to me after I had been searching for a long time a visual novel with complete voluntary transition, but I realized that a game like this practically doesn't exist. I define myself a CIS Male, but I have always had a particular interest in people who undergo a gender reassignment and so I informed myself a lot about the whole process of transition, i don't know if Is It a sort of fetish, It probably is, but that's not why I want it.
In almost all game with gender bender, the change is non consensual or magic. I want to do something different. I wish this game was a sort of really "transition simulator", with all the processes to be faced in a gender transition, and that can help people who are thinking of starting this journey understand what they really have to face: starting from coming out in adolescence, possibility of choosing a scenario in which there is a family at support and another where the family is totally against it, having to deal with bullies and supportive and unsupportive friends, therapies with a psychologist, start of HRT, start of all surgery, from breast augmentation to facial feminization to end with the possibility of choosing SRS or not (you can chose from vary types of SRS, penile inversion, colonvaginoplasty etc., and if you choose to undergo the surgery you need to learn how to pee, how to dilate etc.), change of name and documents, and finally, of course, live after transition and dating, all with NSFW content present, but moderate and destined for the end of the game. The game should take place from the character's age of 15 to 30-35 and it should be 8-9 hours long, so not very long and with a passage of months between one scenario and the next. No fantasy elements, at most one scenario after SRS in which it will be possible to face pregnancy, that I thought of it this way with a little drama: the MC has a twin sister who later dies in an accident, and the doctors propose you an experimental intervention where they implant your deceased sister's uterus and ovaries.
I'm italian, for this reason I would like the game to be made in both Italian and English, and I would like it to be made with Ren'PY.
Design choices would be entirely up to the developer, as well as in practice the ownership of the game, who will decide whether to keep it free or for a fee. I obviously wouldn't want make a cent, just the satisfaction of having created history, so I wouldn't pay anyone for development, who would create the game just because they liked my story.
Is there any crazy person willing to do this? I'm here to find out
