It's a 2D game, possibly under the "simulation" genre. It's well-drawn and animated. The characters mostly stand still, but maybe their face and dicks move.
There are a bunch of men (and one woman) standing in some kind of magic circle out in public. There's a dwarf, some kind of giant, some skinny femboys, basically all sorts of body types.
You have to cast spells on the men to strip them, arouse them, and bring them to orgasm. They are being punished or something. You can also buy new spells to do things like prevent their orgasm, or make them last longer. You can even buy spells to automate the process. You might need to draw the spells with the mouse.
It's just one scene, with no other "gameplay" than what is described. It's kind of like Rack and Secret Horse Files in the sense that all you do is just make characters orgasm.
